About Stephanie Doucette

My name is Stephanie Doucette and I am a licensed West Virginia Real Estate Salesperson, bringing a unique blend of creativity, communication, and client‑focused service to every transaction. Before real estate, I studied Visual Communications at Northern Virginia Community College and spent more than 20 years as a graphic designer in signage, production, and direct mail marketing—experience that now helps me present homes beautifully and market them with intention.

Animals have always been a big part of my life. I spent eight years as a 5‑star dog walker and cat caretaker with Rover.com, donating a portion of my earnings to Dogs Deserve Better. I also donate monthly to the Blue Ridge Wildlife Center. At home, I share life with my wonderful husband, son, granddaughter, and a lively crew of three dogs and four cats.

My interests include gardening, interior design, architecture, true crime, and wine. I currently live in Charles Town, West Virginia, where I’m proud to help clients find the homes and communities that fit their lives.
